We understand the excitement of wanting to get on the board, but make sure it's in the ready to ride position (Examples below) prior to turning it on!
Turning the board on while it is vertical, on its side, or upside down will trigger an "Invalid Start-Up Orientation" error, or error 4. The board will require you to turn it off, place it on the ground, and then turn it on in order to engage properly! When doing so, be sure not to apply pressure to the rider detection issue or it may receive an error.
