We will most likely need to have your board come in so we can carefully examine it and isolate the cause of this behavior, but there is a chance that the following steps may get it to power on successfully.
The first step is to plug your board into the charger and then try to press the power button once. Does the light on the charger change from green to red?
If the LED on the charger remains green, the next step is to unplug the board from the charger, press the power button, and then put it on the charger right after pressing the power button. These may seem like similar steps but they are important to do in the right order. One of these steps may make the board start registering the charger.
If the board is still unresponsive, we are unable to proceed with any remote troubleshooting steps. The next step would be to have the board brought into our facility for technical evaluation. Please contact our Customer Service team to have an RMA created for your board.
