If the board is not showing any signs of power when the power button is pressed, please connect the charger (plugged into the wall) to the board, and see if you are able to see the board respond.
If it does show illumination the next step would be to check to see if the board and app can be connected in order to send over the diagnostics for the board. If that is possible please send over a diagnostics report through the board settings and contact us so one of our board specialists can further assist you.
If the board is showing illumination when powering on but not engaging or balancing, there is likely an error happening within the board or the footpad is not working. Error codes will be emitted through the power button on a Onewheel+ XR or the LED bar on a Onewheel Pint in a series of blinks as compared to the normal function pulse. In order to determine what error code is being emitted, you will need to count the number of blinks in the series. The blinking will stop for 2 seconds and then repeat the same number of blinks.
