How much does shipping cost and what shipping speeds are available?
Future Motion offers different shipping options and speeds based upon where you live. If you want to know how much shipping will cost, add your desired item(s) to the cart and go to the checkout page and select the delivery service that makes sense for you. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may cost more.
If your order is being shipped outside of the US, shipping times and price are increased due to customs and increased travel distance. On average, international orders are usually delivered within 10 business days.
Courier delays, national holidays, or extreme weather conditions may also affect shipping times.
What is Onewheel Ship+
With any purchase of an item on our website you will be opted in to our Onewheel Ship+. The price of the Onewheel Ship+ is calculated based on your order total and is subject to change depending on what items are in your cart. This will provide a delivery guarantee in the event that the delivery is damaged, stolen or lost during transit. If anyone of these scenarios has happened to your order, please reach out to customer support.
You can opt out of Onewheel Ship+ in your shopping cart, please not we are not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items if Onewheel Ship+ is not purchased.
Does Future Motion ship to my country?
Future Motion can ship to most countries, but it’s important to understand that Onewheel boards are classified as Dangerous Goods items “DG” due to the battery size and not all countries will allow for our boards to enter their country. We recommend checking these two links to see if Dangerous Goods can be imported into your country: FedEx, UPS.
Please note that even if your country accepts Dangerous Goods, Future Motion may not be able to ship to your country yet.
Do I have to pay additional Duties/Taxes to have my order shipped internationally?
Yes, Future Motion will attempt to collect importation duties and taxes at the time of checkout, however, your order may be subject to additional customs/brokerage fees during importation. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.
Where do Future Motion orders ship from?
Future Motion ships all orders from San Jose, California.
What shipping companies does Future Motion use?
Future Motion utilizes many courier services such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS.
Why have I received multiple tracking numbers for my order?
Your order may be split into different shipments if you placed a large order. For example, if you ordered a board with accessories, or if you purchased multiple boards, the items may be split into multiple shipments. Although orders can be shipped the same day, they can be delivered separately and at different times. We will always provide you an email with what items are contained within each shipment’s tracking number.
Can I upgrade the shipping method after my order has been placed?
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified.
Will my order ship the same day the order is placed?
Typically orders placed with ground shipping will ship the same business day if placed before 5 PM PST/PDT while orders placed with priority shipping will ship same-day if placed before 3 PM PST/PDT. If an order is placed after the cutoff times, it should ship next business day.**

Where can I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order by visiting Dude, Where’s My Onewheel. Please have your order number and email address ready.
How do I get my tracking number?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will be notified via email with the tracking number(s). Please allow 24 hours for the tracking number(s) to update on the courier’s website to show an estimated delivery date.
Do you ship to APO/DPO/FPO?
Future Motion can ship to APO/DPO/FPO addresses, but they will be shipped via USPS. Orders shipped to these locations can take up to two months to be delivered. Check with your local post office on base for more information if you cannot locate your order.
Does Future Motion ship to PO Boxes or College Campuses?
No, Future Motion cannot ship to PO Boxes or to college campuses. If you placed an order shipping to a PO box or college campus, you may receive an email saying your “Order is on hold”.
If you selected an address where we can not deliver to, pleaseCustomer Support with an alternate shipping address or FedEx/UPS hold location. Please ensure to find a hold location that can accept dangerous goods or it may be refused at the time of delivery.
Can I change my shipping address?
Once an order has been processed we cannot modify the shipping address. We suggest reaching out to the courier that is delivering the order to find out what options you have.
Is a signature required upon delivery?
All board deliveries require a signature. This means that you, or someone you trust, will need to be present to receive the delivery.
What happens if no one is home to receive the package?
If you are not present to receive your package, you have a few options:
Option 1: Wait for the courier to reattempt delivery. Most couriers will attempt to redeliver your package. After the courier has attempted redelivery, the package will be returned to Future Motion.
Option 2: Request that your package be held for pickup. Contact the courier and see if they can redirect your package to a hold location. You will need a government issued ID and tracking information to pick up the shipment.
What happens if my package is returned to Future Motion?
We may be able to re-ship your package to you. However, if the courier is having difficulty delivering to your location, you may want to contact Customer Support with an alternate address.
Why is my order stuck in transit?
Packages may be delayed for a number of reasons including: extreme weather conditions, customs/importation restrictions, national holidays, local backlogs at shipping facilities, etc.
If your package has not moved in 5 days, please contact Customer Support and we will file an investigation with the courier.
Help! My package says it was delivered, but I can not find it. What should I do?
Check to see if the package has been received by a neighbor, family member, roommate, coworker, etc. If you live in a community with a shared lobby/mailroom, please check there as well. If you still have not received your package, please contact Customer Support.
