Here is what we need to get this resolved. We would need a picture of the items you actually received and another picture of the packing slip that was inside the box. This should have the part numbers and names of the items ordered printed on it.
Once you have those images ready, you can contact us and let us know what happened.
We will get everything sorted on our end and get you taken care of as soon as possible!
