If item(s) from your order have arrived damaged, please keep all the boxes, including the shipping box your item(s) came in and contact our customer support team.
We will ask that you provide photos of the damage to the item and to provide pictures of the box and how you received it.
Many of our accessories ship with an extra layer of a plastic film to make sure they do not get scuffed or dirty in transit, and many times when an item appears damaged, it is actually the film that is designed to be removed before using the accessory.
