Once a refund has been initiated, Future Motion releases the funds back to your financial institution.
Depending on your financial institution it can usually take 2-3 business days for them to be released in your account. If you need to speed up the process the best way to do so is to contact your financial institution to see if they can manually release the hold they have on the funds and put them back into your account.
We can only process a refund for a return if we have received the items and our team has logged them as a return.
We are unable to issue a refund if you have filed a chargeback with your financial institution.
