We cannot change colors or items once an order is placed. If you want to change an order after it is placed, the most we can do is remove specific items or cancel the order and you can place a new one for the proper item or items. This can only be done if the entire order has not shipped without a tracking number.
If the item has already shipped we recommend you wait until it arrives and check to see if you actually like the item or color before removing it from its original packaging. If you still do not like it, you can contact us to begin the return process.
