Your Future Motion warranty begins the date that your board ships from Future Motion, or the date of sale from an authorized Onewheel dealer.

Issues that arise during the warranty period must be: (1) reported and (2) product must be sent in within the warranty period. Please contact Customer Support as soon as possible to best document and review your case and begin the evaluation process as soon as you detect an issue with your board.
Improper use, physical damage, water intrusion, tampering, or improper maintenance can directly affect the board's performance and functionality. Please note that this kind damage or tampering is not covered under your board's warranty.
At this time the only authorized repair facility is located in San Jose, California. If a board needs to be repaired as the issue cannot be resolved remotely, we will ask that the board is shipped to our San Jose repair facility to be diagnosed. We do understand that international shipping is costly and timely, however, it is important to have any technical issue addressed in-house at our authorized facility. Any unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations that cause damage to the board may void the warranty or result in a refusal of service.
