With the purchase of a tire change, from our Service Page, we will provide the label and you ship the board to us and we will change the tire and evaluate the board and ship it back to you.
It can take 2-3 weeks for the service to be completed, as typical transit times are 5-7 business days each way. Once we check in the board, the evaluation can take 24-48 hours and we will notify you via email when the board has been checked into our Service Department.
- If during the evaluation process we find that a repair needs to be made to your board, we will email you what our technicians recommend to repair and send an invoice separately. Once it has been paid we will perform the repair and send the board back to you.
Once we finish the tire change service, we will email you the tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your board making it's journey home to you!
