If your order is getting canceled as soon as it is placed, we may be able to help you place the order successfully.
Once an order is placed it gets run through a payment processor and its fraud protection system sometimes can flag orders that are considered high risk for one or more reasons. While those flags are not up to Future Motion, we do realize that they can hold you from purchasing our items.
Some notable issues can cause an order to be marked as fraud. we recommend avoiding the following issues to ensure that your purchase goes through. These are recommendations, not guaranteed, as Future Motion does not own or review your information.
The billing address and shipping address do not match
Using a proxy or spoofing an IP address
Long-distance between IP and billing address
Billing identity does not match shipping identity
If your order is still being canceled, please contact us as we may be able to figure out why your order is failing. When contacting us, please do so with your last attempt order number and an additional (secondary) email address and phone number. We will submit your additional information to our fraud protection system partner and they will respond accordingly. If approved, we will reply back to you to let you know that you can now place your order. Alternatively, you could also check out a local retailer and make a purchase in person
If your order was denied immediately and you were trying to finance the order with Klarna, you may want to check in with Klarna support here or by phone at 844-KLARNA1. We have seen people not be approved for really small things and they will be able to assist you with getting your order through. We do not have any visibility into the details of your financing plan since Klarna is the lender. Alternatively, some of our riders have had success with a payment plan through PayPal Credit, so that may be worth checking out too.
