Once packages have been shipped to the address provide at check out, it becomes the responsibility of the recipient to provide any changes of address if they choose to do so. Below are methods to update the delivery address for packages depending on which shipper was used.
For FedEx shipments, you can have your package redirected to a FedEx holding facility near you by following these simple steps:
- Enter your tracking number on the FedEx website
- Select the "Manage Delivery" option located under the recipient address
- Click on "Hold at Location"
- Either click "Continue as Guest" or sign into your FedEx account
- Fill out the delivery and contact information
- Select the hold location that works best for you
- Read and agree to the terms and conditions
- Click submit
Once the hold location request is processed the tracking information should be updated within 24-48 hours. Don't forget you will need to bring your ID and tracking number when picking up the package. For UPS Shipments, you will need to make an account with UPS My Choice in order to make any shipment changes. You can make an account with UPS My Choice on their website here. Once you make the account, you will need your tracking number to authorize the change.
