If you are looking to get your battery working and back to factory standards, it can be fixed with the purchase of a battery replacement that can be found on our services page. If we find that any other components of the Onewheel need to be repaired or replace, we will reach out to you via email to further explain and send an invoice for that repair.
Once this service is purchased, you will receive a prepaid shipping label and instructions of how to send the board in. It can typically take 2-3 weeks for a turnaround time to receive your board back.
